Arrivano così come le vedete in foto, mai nessuna è uguale all’altra, hanno tutte uno spessore leggermente diverso, dimensioni diverse, alcune presentano piccole crepe all’interno e vanno quindi scartate e tutte vanno comunque ridotte allo spessore di 4 mm che è uno dei nostri marchi di fabbrica. Una volta lavorate e portate al giusto spessore, vengono lucidate grossolanamente, poi vengono forate ed infine si taglia il plettro nella sua forma quasi finita. Si lavorano sempre a mano e piano piano si arriva alla forma esterna della giusta misura. Poi si comincia a creare la smussatura asimmetrica e, passaggio dopo passaggio, si arriva al plettro grezzo. Una lucidata fatta con cere e materiale abrasivo conferirà ai plettri una piacevole lucentezza e donerà a loro una piacevole superficie da toccare. Quanto impieghiamo a fare tutto questo lavoro? Circa un’ora a plettro, comprenderete quindi quanto lavoro c’è dietro alla realizzazione di un singolo esemplare e quindi il suo costo finale.

They come as you see them in photos, never any one is the same, they all have a slightly different thickness, different sizes, some have small cracks inside and must therefore be discarded and all must however be reduced to the thickness of 4 mm which is one of our trademarks.
